1. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY - 18+ ONLY

All psychic readings, angel messages, tarot, astrology, and spiritual guidance are for entertainment and spiritual support purposes only. You must be 18 years or older. We do NOT provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Always consult a licensed professional for those matters. Any action you take based on a reading is your sole responsibility.

2. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, timing, or specific outcomes. Spiritual insights are subjective. We do not promise soulmate return, lottery wins, pregnancy, or any guaranteed result.

3. $1 OFFER & PAYMENTS

The $1 Angel Message is an introductory offer for new clients only, one per person. After your $1 reading you may be offered additional extended readings at regular price. All payments are processed securely by Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal. We do not store your full credit card number. All sales are final once the digital reading is delivered.

4. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of intuitive work where time and energy are spent immediately, all readings are non-refundable once delivered or viewed. If you have a technical issue where you did NOT receive your reading, email us within 48 hours for help.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including text, images, gold tarot designs, logos, angel messages and readings are owned by Angels $1 Psychic Booth. You may not copy, share, record, or resell any reading or site content without permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by North Carolina law, Angels $1 Psychic Booth and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this site. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for that reading.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, Rowan County.
